We stayed at an apartment called Ann's house. It's not a hotel and can't be found on Agoda and such. Gotta book directly from the owner. Very glad we booked this apartment though we sort of book the wrong location. But nevermind, no regrets!

They have their own kitchen and washing machine. It just totally feels like a home! And their rooms are sooo girly that I doubt any guy will wanna stay here. So I felt really safe in there, like a girls' dormitory!

First stop, our FAV 鲁肉饭 from 胡须张. A MUST MUST MUST eat in Taipei. It's damn goooood!

We went to taipei main station underground mall to do some shopping. There's many cheap and nice shoes there! And look, what a cute dust cover!!!

Oh I forgot to mention that we had 3 sidekicks for this trip. These 3 don't even understand chinese yet wanna go taipei. So we were sort of their saviors, helping them with all the translations and stuff.

Bbt!!

Of course we had to go to shih lin!

We didn't check the weather forecast and totally underestimated the weather. Currently it's soon to be Autumn, so it's starting to get a lil breezy. The wind is really cold and we all packed summer clothings haha! Plus, that night it was raining. The temperature was like 21 degrees. So cold!!!! (for me) I had to buy a cardigen!

Cute ice shop

Even has a desktop which just comes handy to us because Jane forgot to settle some things!

Plan was to go to Leofoo Village theme park! We were approached by a driver at the bus stop who offered a good rate to fetch us there, so why not!

After about 1 hr 15 mins, we arrived!
Photobucket

The uncle actually accidentally gave us an extra ticket but we were so honest we returned it to him! Could've sold it or something

Photobucket

It was so good we took it 2 times consecutively.

Anyway, did you realise that the theme park was very empty? That's such a good thing!!! Every ride we wanna take, we didn't have to queue! Wish everywhere was like this!

Next ride:
Photobucket

Didn't fancy this very much. I hate those rides that turns 360 degrees and hangs you there. Your whole weight is dependent on the harness. Gosh....

This ride is like the space shot in genting except it drops faster! I didn't dare to let go of the harness when it falls because your butt literally leaves the seat!

阿宗面线!!
Photobucket

Photobucket

After that we made our way to the airport and stupid things had to happen to us. The journey took us longer than expected and we had to alight at the wrong terminal thanks to the bus uncle. Rushed like mad all the way to Terminal 1 and the counter was closed. Any pleading won't help. WE MISSED THE FREAKING FLIGHT!

Had an option to wait for the next tiger flight which was the next day at a cost of 30$ OR... Book a jetstar flight back at $140.

Jane and I decided to book the flight back and the sidekicks slept at the airport for that night!

After all the drama. Last pic before Jane and I left them!

My  阿宗面线 got confiscated at the immigrations. Too bad for you Qf!!

Taipei was sooo good! One of my fav places! Want to explore the other parts of Taiwan the next time round. See you again soon, Taiwan!
