After a long 14 hours, finally arrived at New York! ^^
Departed at 11.10am in Tokyo and arrived at 11.05am in New York. Feel like I just time travelled! Was very tired but still, went nearby to grab some food!
First stop: Shake Shack
All the good reviews and recommendations from people around me got my expectations for Shake Shack at its all time high! I love it but maybe just not as much as the enthusiasts.
Walked around Walmart, Target and Traders Joes to get some groceries and snacks (Picture of my food hauls at the bottom)
Fought the jet lag by not going to sleep right after flight although we really needed it.

Clear day in New York and we're going to Manhatten!
I feel so happy to be here. It's just like in the movies!
Stopping by Starbucks for a cuppa
We had lunch at Luke's Lobster and it was AWESOMEEEE. Agnes and I shared the Noah's Ark set where we get half a lobster roll, shrimp roll and crab roll with a drink and pack of potato chips in 2 sets!
Verdict: It's really good! Can't decide if I love the lobster roll more or the shrimp roll more. LOVE BOTH!

We climbed up this little "hill"
Sat there and people watch for the next 30 mins lol!
This is such a beautiful park in the middle of the city. I love it!

Bought a Pretzel for US$5
And these are what I got from Walmart and Target. Lots of junk food!
Cornflake chocolate chip marshmellow cookie from momofuku.
The next day, back in Tokyo!

100 yen sushi for dinner!
