Birthday retreat: The Canopi

It's our first time to Bintan! Booked a 3D2N retreat at the Canopi and they have a weekday promotion which is reallllyyyy cheap and worth it!

The room was spacious and nice

Took a nap before heading to the nearby mall (Plaza Lagoi) to have lunch. There is only 1 restaurant in the resort so the choices are pretty limited.

The "mall" wasn't really a mall. Hahah it's really dead with no people and only a few shops around selling souvenirs. Totally won't recommend it! hahahaha.

We also visited the beach near the "mall"

I was into yoga at that time so I told Qf to take a picture of me doing yoga by the beach. It turned out to be a joke HAHAHA

Back at the resort and they had a part in the pool where there is this obstacle course so Qf and I went to play. In the midst of it, we actually lost our room key and token in the pool! The token will cost us a $100 if we lose it so WTF we had to find it! We borrowed torch lights from the security because it was already pitch black at that time. Crazily difficult to find! We managed to find the key but not the token so we decided to come back the next morning to continue.

The next morning at 7am, Qf went to search for it. I was supposed to go with him but I told him I'll be there soon hahahha. When I was about to leave the room to find him, we was back with it. Phew! Good job Qf!! 3 cheers for u! Hahahaha

We took a cab to  Nirwana resorts and did some shooting. Quite lame lah hahaha

I was super bad at it

Walked around the resort and saw this wall of crabbies!

You know you're old when your birthday cake gets replaced by a pineapple cocktail hahaha

The drinks caused S$25 each hahah

right outside our hut. Oh right there's a small little jacuzzi outside the room which we didn't bother using at all

We ordered BBQ and they would send the food to rooms where we BBQ it at the pit right our rooms. It was really dark and we used our phone's flashlight for the dinner. So funny.

The next morning we checked out early since our ferry was superzzz early!
